How can I request more information about the property?

If you are interested in a property, you need to fill out your contact information in the form and press the button ‘Get information and prices’. Hereafter you will receive the information within five minutes and the landlord will most often also contact you directly.

Who should I contact if I have questions about a specific property?

You can contact the owner directly, if you have any questions about commercial properties by filling out your contact information and press the button ‘Ask the landlord a question’.

When can I visit the property?

Viewing appointments must be agreed directly with the landlord. The contact information of the landlord will be sent to you by e-mail when you order information about the property. You can also suggest a date for viewing by filling out the form regarding ‘Book a viewing’.

What are my personal data used for?

MatchOffice sends your data to the landlord of the property that you are interested in. We also use your data to offer you more interesting leases for rent in the future. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time. Read more about your data in our privacy policy.

Subscribe or unsubscribe the search agent

How do I easily receive information about properties that meet my criteria?

You can create an automatic search agent with the criteria you are interested in. You will receive an e-mail when we have new commercial leases that meet your criteria.

How can I delete my search agent?

You can stop your automatic search for premises at any time. Just click on the link ‘Click here to delete your search agent’ at the end of one of the e-mails you received. If necessary, you can create a new search agent again at any time.

How can I unsubscribe from your e-mails?

You can unsubscribe from our e-mails at any time. Just click on the link at the end of our e-mails. If this does not work, please write to us at, and we will do it manually for you

Why am I still receiving e-mails from you even though I have unsubscribed?

This may happen if you have requested information about a lease on MatchOffice after you have unsubscribed or because your automatic search agent is still active. You must unsubscribe from both services.
