Sheung Wan, the neighbourhood located over Central, is often called a candidate for the title of the best corporate district in Hong Kong. A range of reconstruction projects which took place here over the years have breathed life into the area and increased the demand for Sheung Wan’s office rental. These projects brought a diverse mix of commercial spaces, including high-rise office towers, modern retail outlets, and quirky dining areas. Of course, the residential market developed at a fast pace, turning the area into a vibrant hub, perfect to live, work, and play. Due to the rapid development, many small new companies have entered the market being attracted by the proximity to entrepreneurial activities in Admiralty and Central, and significantly cheaper rental fees. The area’s accessibility is excellent. MTR Island Line connects the district to various important destinations, among which Causeway Bay, North Point, Admiralty, and Central. Sheung Wan is also well-known for its iconic trams, known as "ding-dings." The tram system runs along Des Voeux Road Central, passing through Sheung Wan and connecting it with other neighbourhoods on Hong Kong Island. Buses, which are aplenty in the region, offer a flexible and convenient mode of transport for both short and long distances. Any office space in Sheung Wan boasts several transport stations, so you may rest assured you will easily reach your workplace whenever you want. It is possible to accommodate any industry in the region, but it is mainly known as a high-tech hub, so these ventures have a superb environment to thrive.
