Quarry Bay is a densely populated neighborhood in Eastern Hong Kong, with numerous business and residential spaces opening each year. The number of commercial constructions in this district has dramatically risen over the past 20 years. Quarry Bay is rapidly becoming Hong Kongโs fresh hip business district, as companies from mainland take over the Central city, and international firms are relocating to the east, and this trend has been very distinct in the office lease and purchase market. The price for space rent is twice as low as in the rest of Hong Kong which could be the great saver for the business.
